Yuen Chee Onn

Yuen Chee Onn is Chief Advocate at the Centre for Fathering, which promotes the Dads for Life movement through workshops and father-child bonding initiatives.

Dr. Ashley Tee

Dr. Ashley Tee serves as OM East Asia Area Director.

Harry Hoffman

Harry Hoffman coordinates the Global Member Care Network and provides in-person and online care to expatriates and global workers. He holds degrees in Chinese Studies, Theology and Leadership, and Conflict Management.

Scott Brawner

Scott Brawner is a speaker, writer, and leader in ministry and security. He is the founder of Fusion, President of Concilium, and Executive Director of the Risk Management Network.

Dr. Karen Carr

Dr. Karen Carr is a licensed clinical psychologist and Counseling Team Leader with Barnabas International. Her work includes crisis response, pastoral care, resilience, forensics, community mental health, as well as many years of service in West Africa.

Dr. Grace Eyhyun Kwon

Dr. Grace Eyhyun Kwon is a professional counselor based in Korea. She teaches Christian Psychology and Counseling, develops member care resources, trains Christian counselors, and provides care for missionary families and global workers.

Kim Johnson

Kim Johnson, L.C.S.W., holds a Master’s in Social Work from San Diego State University and received her EMDR Therapy training in 2000. She is an EMDRIA Certified Therapist, Approved Consultant, and Trainer for EMDR Therapy Basic Training. Kim specializes in EMDR with young children and clients with dissociative disorders, co-facilitates the Greater Sacramento Regional EMDR Network, and speaks internationally to promote EMDR training. Since responding to God’s call to promote EMDR training, she has been invited to train therapists and frontline workers in Ukraine, Thailand, Penang, the Philippines, and Nepal.

Dr. Kim Koh

Dr. Kim Koh is a trainer and counselor based in Singapore. A fuller biography will be added when confirmed.

Dr. Lynette Teoh

Dr. Lynette Teoh is a consultant psychiatrist with more than 20 years of experience in the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Australia. Her collaborative, holistic work combines medication and therapy for adults.

Jana Tan

Jana Tan is a mental health advocate and adult Third Culture Kid who grew up in Ethiopia, Singapore, and the United States. She studied Psychology, Communications, and Biblical Studies at George Fox University.

Yana Ahn

Yana Ahn serves with Barnabas International in the United States. A fuller biography will be added when confirmed.

Belinda Ng

Belinda Ng spent 12 years in Niger alongside her late husband, a medical missionary, and went on to serve 16 years as SIM East Asia’s Personnel Director. With a Master’s in Member Care and specialized training in trauma healing, she advocates for churches to deeply support and walk alongside mission workers. In this workshop, she shares how local churches can become faithful sending communities that care for workers throughout their entire journey.

Dr. Sam Rima

Dr. Sam Rima holds degrees in Transformational Leadership and Socioeconomic and Spiritual Capital. He is the author and co-author of five books and has spoken across five continents.
